Frequently Asked Questions

Who can help me arrange a memorial?

You can use whichever stonemason you wish, each will be able to help you with your choice of memorial.

We have worked very closely with Banbury Memorials who are based just up the road in Adderbury. They have a very good knowledge of the local cemeteries and churchyards and will be able to guide you through what material and style, is and isn’t permitted within each one in keeping with the rules outlined by the church or council responsible. Their quality of work is very good and they are very reasonably priced.

What happens if I don't want to place a memorial immediately?

You can choose to arrange a memorial, whenever it is right for you. In any case this would usually take around 10-12 weeks from the point of order to the memorial being ready to place upon the grave, although for a full burial plot it is advised to wait around 6 months before placing a memorial. In the period before the memorial is placed, we can provide a temporary marker to ensure that the grave is marked at all times.

I am struggling to cope, who can help me?
