We had an amazing time on Friday evening, 15th May, at the Cherwell Business Awards at Sibford School. As one of three finalists in the New Business Award category we were really proud to receive a certificate which now proudly hangs on our wall in reception. It was a superb event and for us to have been nominated and feature in these awards and be associated with local businesses such as Karcher, Norbar, Hawkins Steel, Spratt Endicott, Bretherton’s and One Man Band to name but a few was a bit of a reality check.
We were pleased to have with us on our table as guests Sam Donaghy and Nicole Smith from Castle Flowers who have been a huge support to us from our beginning (nearly two years ago now) and also our accountants Sarah Coo and David Handley from MCA Breslins.
The food and service presented Georgie Smith and her team at Devour Versatile Catering was exceptional and all added to a great event enjoyed by all. There were indeed some very worthy winners.
We now, even more proudly, go on to continue to be of service to families within our community. Although receiving recognition for what we do is lovely we must never forget the importance of the service that we provide and the care and support we give to those that need it during such difficult times and circumstances.
