Born in Banbury and brought up locally in Adderbury, Edd Frost is a qualified Funeral Director and member of the British Institute of Funeral Directors. It is hugely important to Edd to serve the bereaved families in and around the area he has grown up in. Since entering the profession following the loss of both his parents, he has quickly built up his own reputation based upon respect, care, dignity and trust. As a result of this decided to establish his own family business.
Edd Frost & Daughters Family Funeral Directors are members of the National Association of Funeral Directors, a governing body to the funeral profession.
As a fully qualified Funeral Director Edd is also an individual member of the British Institute of Funeral Directors, (B.I.F.D.). The B.I.F.D. insist upon the continuation of personal development, education and enhancement of the skills and services that Edd Frost and Daughters provide on a daily basis. Edd is very proud that this reflects the passion, committment and dedication he and his team have for the profession that they work in and by this giving their clients the very highest and best standard of care at all times.
The personal care, support and service given by Edd and his team is the most unique in the area. The one to one service given, at such a difficult time, gives families the reassurance and total confidence that their requirements will be met with the much needed personal contact and continuity that is given at all times.
“I truly believe that every funeral should be unique to your loved one. That is why I am dedicated to providing the best possible personal advice, value and service to all of my clients”.
Edd Frost – Dip F.D. / M.B.I.F.D.
How We Can Help You
The best way we can help you, during what is a very difficult time, is to carry out your wishes sympathetically, efficiently and with as little fuss as possible. The most important thing to remember is that it is not necessary to make funeral arrangements immediately. Don’t feel you must go straight to the funeral directors to make arrangements the same day. You may like to telephone first to inform us that someone has passed away.
Sometimes it can be more beneficial and comfortable for families to make arrangements in the comfort of their own home rather than having to leave the house when one may still be feeling anxious and emotional. We would be more than happy to make an appointment to call upon you at home if this is the case. (We do not make any extra charges to visit you at your home). Alternatively a convenient appointment can be made to visit our premises in Banbury.
Day or evening appointments can be made very easily so please do just ask. We are here to serve you and your family, therefore we are happy to fit in with your needs at the time.
Before we meet to make arrangements it is important to decide upon whether a burial or cremation is to take place. We will need to know of this decision in order for the relevant paperwork required to be prepared in readiness for the funeral.
Please don’t worry yourself unnecessarily that you have to arrange and contact ministers, organists and service venues for the funeral day. This is something we can take care of for you following our conversation when establishing the requirements of the funeral service.
Don’t hesitate to contact us for any enquiries or support. When contacting us you will always speak to either myself or one of my colleagues Aaron Taylor or Barbara Scrimshaw. We are a small family business and by this the one to one support we provide, at every step of the way when making funeral arrangements, ensures you the most personal and dedicated service of care. We are committed to giving the best support and service in your time of need and are only too glad to be of any help we can at any time.
“We are as close as the nearest telephone”.
