In carrying out our day to day activities we process and store personal information relating to our clients and are therefore required to adhere to the requirements of all data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulations 2016/679 (applicable from 25th May 2018) and any local legislation, codes of practice, in each case as amended or replaced from time to time. We take our responsibilities under these acts very seriously and are always striving to ensure the personal information we obtain is held, used, transferred or otherwise processed in accordance with these acts.

You can access our website pages and browse our website without disclosing your personal data.

Any personal details given will be stored in a safe way, either password protected on our protected systems, or, filed in a lockable cabinet. We will only contact you from time to time with information that we feel may be beneficial to you. We do not store any credit /debit card details on our systems. Such information is only used to process your payment via our card processing companies

On taking your details we always seek your permission to contact you by e-mail, post, telephone and with the best endeavours adhere to your instruction. This information will only be used in association to any funeral instructions and given strictly to any third parties that are involved with those arrangements. (I.e. Ministers, Crematoriums, Dr’s, florist)

Where you have given consent, we may send you information such as, Company news, or related events. We do not sell, or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons, beyond the essential requirement for any payments for our services by credit/debit card validation during the transaction. These organisations are under strict obligations to keep your personal information private.

  • Protecting Your Personal Data

All information we collect about our clients or suppliers is held on secure servicers. In situations where these servers are externally hosted we will only use reputable hosting companies which adhere to strict security policies and procedures at least as stringent as our own.

  • Stopping Communication From Us
